Barry BROWN CAVEAT
(valid for ALL tutorials -except my own- in this web

" as their author wants them to be", I did
not edit any of them, I did not proof any of
them in the cordage,
and they reflect their author personal realisation and stance in
explaining things.
The morning mail brought me a gigantic,
fantastic surprise in a well made packaging coming from
UK, it was from Barry. A MOST MARVELOUS BECKET
accompanied by a Herringbone-Pineapple knot
serving as key fob and a folded star.
I can tell you that 'in person' Barry's work is yet, if possible, more
impressive in quality than in even the best photo.
I am going to put a small topic in one of my Bat's belfry page about
what all those gifts I received :

In between there has been

Added 2010 Nov 2nd A Barry BROWN tutorial
on a special pattern PineApple Knot.
The finished knot will be a 42 part x 48 bight, 6 pass, Type
3 Pineapple Knot.
My own opinion is that is is quite elegant and truly "out of
the ruts" knotting.
